Deb left her picturesque hometown of Exeter, New Hampshire, to attend ASU where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition. She began practicing yoga in the mid-nineties and credits numerous instructors for inspiring her to continue her spiritual journey. She completed the Yoga Teacher Training program in August 2007. The experience of pregnancy and the birth of her son, Emerson, in 2008 deepened her pranayama and meditation practice and she began teaching prenatal yoga classes. She has spent months exploring the beautiful landscapes of North America, the Canadian Rockies and Europe and can often be found out on the hiking trails with her husband Troy and their son. Deb feels blessed to have been welcomed into the wonderful community at Desert Song as Office Operations Manager in 2010.
