This class is mixed with beginner and intermediate students. All students warm-up together and learn the martial arts applications to strengthen muscles and bones with Tai Chi repeated moves. The steps of the form are then taught at a beginner’s level, one step each week. The last 25 minutes of class will focus on the intermediate students to practice the form. Newer students are encouraged to stay and watch or participate.
This class takes you through Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements that will relax, strengthen and stretch the body as well as calm the mind. The Intro to Tai Chi series is recommended first but is not required.
