The Ancient Art of Tai Chi
Mindful Movement for Vitality and Health
Tai Chi is a method of improving physical and mental balance and building energy and effortless strength. This meditative art leads a practitioner to greater vitality and health by encouraging stability of mind and body, so that emotional and physical tension can be released. With the release of tension, breathing begins to regulate, creating warmth and peace throughout the body and mind. Tai Chi then becomes a moving meditation, as the body relaxes through a variety of postures. In China, Tai Chi is considered a national treasure, bringing eternal youth to the population. Find the treasure within yourself through our weekly Tai Chi classes or Intro to Tai Chi series.
