Workshop Registration, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please observe registration deadlines. A considerable amount of energy goes into the preparation and presentation of each of our workshops. Therefore, it is Desert Song's policy to require 48 hours notice to withdraw from a workshop and receive a refund. No refund will be given for cancellations after the 48-hour period. With out-of-state presenters, NO refund will be issued. Sorry, no exceptions. We strive to bring you the very best workshops in the valley. Thank you for honoring our policy. Desert Song reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum attendance is not met.
