Preparation posture

Take your Tai Chi Stance. Cultivate your relaxed balance from the feet up. Feel Gravity pushing down through you as you relax.

Sinking weight

Relax gravity down into your right foot, right Knee, Right hip, Shift your weight gradually to your right until your left side feels light. Left heel starts to float.

While balancing on your Right turn your waist Left and raise your arms to throat level left hand in front of Right. Slide the middle of the throat back and float your left foot. Keep your arms relaxed.

Sink Gravity through your Left foot, then the Left knee, then the Left hip

( Keep the left knee over your ankle). Take a half step with your Right foot and sink gravity through your Right side.

Turn Right to bring you feet parallel and your hands level. Then begin to transfer gravity down the left side of your body.

While balancing on your Left turn your waist Right and raise your arms to throat level Right hand in front of Left. Slide the middle of the throat back and float your Right foot. Keep your arms relaxed.

Sink Gravity through your Right foot, then the Right knee, then the Right hip

( Keep the Right knee over your ankle). Take a half step in with your Left foot and sink gravity through your Left side.

Turn Left to bring you feet parallel and your hands level. Then begin to transfer gravity evenly through both feet.
